We surround ourselves with experts in order to implement solutions to ensure the well-being of our guests and members of our team.
C Hotels group already use high-quality disinfectants for the maintenance of its facilities. To ensure a safe stay for our guests, we have raised our high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the various spaces of our establishments. In addition, our establishments are responsible for applying current government directives.
We have revised our check-in procedures by reducing contacts like limiting signatures, implementing contactless transactions when possible and providing electronic invoicing. In addition, we have installed protective screens, floor marks and disinfecting stations in order to respect social distancing.
We have improved our cleaning protocols by removing items with high contacts (guest services directory, stationery, pens, disposable toiletries, minibar) and by paying particular attention to the disinfection of high-touch items (phone, remote control, switches , door handles). Housekeeping will be done on departure only and a protocol is in place for the replacement of sheets and towels during your stay.
Additional deep cleaning of high contact surfaces, implementation of a control charter, best practices for swimming pools, fitness centers. We have also added material safety data sheets to ensure social distancing.
Food and drink
Some hotels offering a restaurant service now offer food for delivery or takeout.
Improving the safety and well-being of team members with personal protective equipment. We have added training and improved protocols to our team members. We also count on our guests to be patient and understanding.
