Cancellation policies (COVID-19)

In the pas few months, confinement and social distancing measures have certainly aroused the desire to travel and to escape. Activities resume quietly and we believe in the importance of informing you about our cancellation policies.
Have you booked a flexible rate directly with C Hotels?
Guests who book a fully refundable rate can modify or cancel their reservation without penalty by contacting the property. For a reservation made online, you can make changes on chotels.ca by clicking here.
Have you booked a non-flexible rate directly with C Hotels and need to cancel?
For a reservation made from June 1, 2020, in the event of cancellation, it will not be possible to obtain a refund. However, C Hôtels agrees to issue an electronic gift card equivalent to the prepayment of your stay in order to use it in a future visit. These gift cards will be redeemable at all affiliated establishments. To do so, please contact your hotel directly.
Booking with a third-party channel
Any third-party reservation channel is required to comply with the cancellation policy provided by C Hôtels described above. Customers who have booked through a travel agency, an online booking platform or another third-party channel are invited to contact the booking entity concerned directly to find out the options for any modification, cancellation or request for a voucher that ‘apply to their reservation.
For all group bookings, including those including meeting rooms and events, please contact your local sales manager. Cancellation requests or postponements of events will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Gift packages are non-refundable. If your gift package expires soon, be aware that the nominal value (amount paid) of your offer will be preserved. You will be able to apply the latter during your next stay in one of our hotels.
