This is ideal for short conferences and it is conducive for conversations since chairs can be moved around. However, it is not an appropriate setting for taking down notes.
This setting requires a larger room capacity. It is ideal for productive meetings or conferences. Participants can comfortably sit and take down notes or put down their personal belongings.
This setting is conducive for top-level meetings among colleagues. Elegant and functional, the rooms are generally equipped with projectors, a whiteboard, a hands-free phone and accessible connections.
This setting helps stimulate exchanges between participants and meeting facilitators. Audiovisual equipment may be installed at the end of the room for easier flow and movement.
This option is generally used for meal service or small-group discussions. A round table can comfortably sit 6 to 10 people.
This is ideal for events where guests are standing and a food and tray service is provided. Food stations may be added as well. This setting is conducive for discussion and networking.
